FAQs

Why invest in oil & gas ventures?

There are numerous tax benefits associated with investing in oil & gas ventures. Please consult with a tax professional on investment strategies.

What is the return on my investment?

The return on investment is projected by using the Geological Reserve Report calculated by a Petroleum Geologist or Engineer.

When can I expect to begin receiving revenue distributions?

If a venture’s revenues exceed its expenses, you will receive periodic distributions from the venture’s cash profits. It is common that cash distributions to the partners will begin approximately three months after the venture completes and hooks up its first well, and then made quarterly thereafter. The amount of distributions will depend primarily on the venture’s net cash receipts from oil and natural gas and the level of production from the Venture’s properties.

Why is the production life of oil and gas wells uncertain?

It is not possible to predict the life and production of any well. The actual lives could differ significantly from those anticipated. Production, if any, from the Prospect Wells will decline over time.

What are the risks of investing?

Participation in this Venture is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. You should only consider participating in the Venture, if you are able to bear the financial risks and can afford the loss of your investment. There are many foreseen factors that may come into play; extreme weather, oil prices, and/or mechanical breakdowns.
